MatchaMe Cosmetics LLC uses finest, highest quality, natural and organic ingredients in our skincare products. We do not recommend our products for clients with ultra sensitive skin however. We use nut butters, sulfur, wheat and essential oils that may cause skin irritations and allergic reactions. Please be aware of this fact when placing your order. We can not be responsible for allergies or reactions. Please fill out the form and let us know about your skin care needs before you order. Some of our products contain sulfur. We recommend that you always do a small patch skin test before using any of our products. Please stop using our product if redness or irritation occurs. Always consult with your doctor prior to using our products if you are pregnant or nursing. MatchaMe products do not require refrigeration however we recommend it for our water based serums and masks be kept in the refrigerator. This will prolong the shelf life and ensure freshness. We use a gentle preservative (Benzylalcohol-DHA) and never harsh parabens.

Since transit times can vary, please allow 7-10 days for packages to get to us. Packages must be received within the 30 days from shipment date.

You must return bottles, used or unused, to receive your refund (minus shipping costs). Packages received past the 30 day guarantee period will not be refunded. You may return orders partially (ie. If you like a product, keep it, send what you don’t like and we will refund you only what you have returned).
Do not return products via UPS or other couriers as fees may be charged and unnecessary delays may result.
